Best beauty swap of the year - Lush Seanik shampoo bar
This was one of the best shampoos I have ever used! Ok it looks small and it could not do much for your hair - that was my thinking but how wrong I was.
I have extremely thick coarse dark hair of medium length. Within a few seconds you have an amazing lather worthy of the gods! It feels gorgeous to use. I took mine to Greece it washed all my family of 5's hair and some. It lasts weeks and weeks and IT ACTUALLY WORKS. My hair feels clean and soft after use. It has given me s

NO MORE COTTON PADS
It has taken me a while - but I have found velvet cotton REUSABLE cotton pads that can remove make-up. I found them at my local Yoga (Battersea Untion Yoga Station). But cannot find this brand online anywhere.
So I found something similat here instead: Peace With The Wild
They are SUPER soft, work wonders with make-up remover products and you simply wash them after using them. I think I will throw mine in the wash every week to make sure they get a great clean.

Love, Beauty & Planet
I love this brand. After spending two weeks away and my hair (thick Lion's mane) being inflicted to salt, sun, sea, chlorine and over washing - I brought Love, Beauty & Planet Coconut and Ylang Ylang Shampoo and Conditioner with me just before I left for hols.
Firstly the smell is DELICIOUS and the shampoo - a little goes a long way. The Conditioner is also really good quality and helped save my hair from getting too dehydrated.
The best part about this brand - not only c
Back to my Irish roots for beauty...
I am so excited for my White Witch order to arrive. https://www.whitewitch.ie/about
I discovered this brand that is based in Connemara, Galway, Rep of Ireland. All of their products are natural and they use ZERO PLASTIC. The packaging looks gorgeous and I know I can recycle the glass & corks.
I also love the website and the about page. So looking forward to seeing what other products they develop in the future. #beauty #ireland #irish #plasticfree #earth #whitewitch #con

Beauty brands that are more...
I was given a present of Austin & Austin Neroli & Petigrain body soap & I have literally fallen in love with this brand. 1. They use 100% recycled plastics for their packaging.
2. The smells are just out of this world. The body soap smells spicy and luxurious - notes of cardamon that transport me back to my time in Oman!
3. The design of the packaging is sublime - simple, clean, authentic.

"Sacred" Skincare Packaging
I was lolling in the bath two nights ago pondering about the packaging of all the beauty products around me. Since following the 'Plastic Coalition' online - I really could not believe the amount of plastic bottles surrounding me in my lavender and coconut scented water. The other thing I noticed was how clinical everything felt - as if I had created a pharmacy for myself not a sanctuary and haven from the stresses of life. Regardless of the fact that my bathtub must have bee
